Getting your abdominals developed fast to obtain that flat stomach is hard work.

It may be hard work .... but it is possible if you are hungry enough !

Funny thing is - it is really not that hard to get a flat stomach, if your head is screwed the right way.  ATTITUDE is everything in life and similarly with any fitness training.

You need to do whatever it takes to keep your mind focussed on your training.  There is no other way.  I am not going to lie to you - it will be tough, or near impossible, or downright impossible, to get any results if you lack commitment and drive.

Regardless of your genes, age or background, the key is in how hungry you are to achieve your goals.  If you are hungry enough to get that elusive 6 pack - then you will find that your results will come very fast.  Not all of us are blessed with good genes, so the time it will take you, could vary from a few weeks to a few months to a few years.

Seriously though, if it's going to take you a few years, then you definitely need to ask the hard questions about your commitment.

Don't forget to have fun as well.  Doing your flat stomach routine and going after that flat stomach is fun right?  Well it must be fun ... otherwise you would not be doing it.  The fact that you are reading this article tells me that you are keen to change your current condition.  You are keen to do something about that bulge waistline and improve your fitness, health and physique.  What's a better way than to start with your abdominals?

I have always believed that the best body part to exercise, in order to make the most impact, is your stomach and midsection.  No-one likes a person with bulky and muscly arms attached to a fat waistline with love handles.

Stop making excuses, stop making justifications, just get on with what you are here to do.

DISCLAIMER: PLEASE READ OUR DISCLAIMER ON OUR WEBSITE BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT THIS EXERCISE PROGRAMME OR ANY OTHER EXERCISE PROGRAMME INCLUDED IN OUR WEBSITE.

Let's be clear about your objective in this first part of the training.  We want a flat stomach or at least flatter than your current stomach anyway.  Do not try and cut corners or make short cuts.  What we are doing here is to lay the foundation for the next stage.  This is very important as you will soon find out.  So stick with the program until the end.

Easy right? Good - let's get on with it.  Stick to the program in Part 2 for approximately 4-8 weeks.
